Where do you ship to?
We are located in the Netherlands and we ship within the EU.
What are your shipping times in NL?
When you order before 14:00 we ship the same day. If you’re located in the Netherlands this usually means your order is delivered the next day.
What are your shipping times in EU?
For other EU destinations, shipping times depend on the courier. Contact us for an estimate.
We charge a flat fee for shipping. We are not liable for shipping risks.
What if an item isn't in stock?
The stock in our Dutch warehouse is based on demand. We expect to grow our local stock in the coming period.
In case we do not have an item in stock, your order will be delivered within 7-14 days from another European warehouse.
Product information
All products need to be handled with care. We expect our customers to do their due research on their own and are not liable for mistreatment.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our products require controlled storage conditions and sterile handling. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee product integrity, so all sales are final. This policy ensures product safety and quality for all customers.
